Agreement to Terms

Welcome to TravelNow Logistics. By accessing or using our website, training programs, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TravelNow Logistics ("we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Use of Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Training Programs

Enrollment and Payment

Upon enrollment in our training programs, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payment terms include:

• All fees are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified
• Payment must be received in full before access to training materials is granted (unless installment plan is arranged)
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment. To request a refund:

• Request must be made within 7 days of enrollment
• Contact us at info@travelnow.ng with your refund request
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
• After the 7-day period, all fees are non-refundable

Course Access and Completion

Upon enrollment, you will receive:

• Lifetime access to all enrolled course materials
• Access to future updates of the course content
• Certificate of completion upon successful completion of all modules and assessments
• Ongoing support and access to our community

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio, software, and course materials, is owned by TravelNow Logistics or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our training materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Sell, rent, or license our materials to third parties
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our content for commercial training or educational purposes without permission

User Content

By submitting content to our platform (e.g., forum posts, comments, feedback), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Educational Purpose

Our training programs are for educational purposes only. While we provide comprehensive training based on industry best practices and our extensive experience:

• We do not guarantee specific business results or income
• Success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control
• We are not responsible for business decisions made based on our training
• We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected immediately
• Our services will be compatible with all devices or systems
• Data loss will not occur

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVELNOW LOGISTICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use our services
• Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TravelNow Logistics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your business activities following completion of our training

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• We discontinue our services
• Required by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties
• If negotiations fail, mediation or arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria
• As a last resort, the courts of Lagos, Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TravelNow Logistics regarding the use of our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
